Can I use them on my skin?
No — Cup Wipes are for the cup. For you, there are Lunette Yoni Wipes: fragrance-free and pH-balanced.
Can I flush them?
No. The wipe is 100 % plant-based viscose — compostable, not flushable. The packaging is recyclable.
Are the wipes enough on their own?
On the go, yes: wipe the cup with tissue first, then with a Cup Wipe, let it dry and it's ready to use again. At home, wash it with warm water and Cup Wash.
How fast does it ship?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and sent with Australia Post; delivery usually takes 3–9 business days. Economy shipping is free over $100; below that, standard shipping is $9.95.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Wrong item? Email info@lunette.com with a photo and we ship the right one. A cup that clearly doesn't work for you after a fair try — two to three cycles — we refund, or send the other size. Nothing to return.
