Delivery time

Order processing time is contingent upon a number of factors including credit card authorisation, packaging and ordering volumes. Most orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days, excluding public holidays.

Note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Shipping will usually take 3-9 business days, depending on location, as rural locations can be difficult to reach. We provide your mobile number to the courier to help with efficient delivery and reduce returned parcels if you are not home. We do not use your mobile for marketing or any other purposes.

Orders are sent via Australia Post.

Orders of multiple products will be combined for most efficient packaging and postage charges will be adjusted on your payment account. You will be notified by email of any charge adjustments.

Partial shipments will generally not be delivered. If the order includes products that are out of stock momentarily, the order will be posted when all the products are available. You will be notified about this within 24hrs of placing your order by email.
