Lunette cup wash is a cleaning gel, uniquely formulated to clean and disinfect your period cup and keep it squealy clean.

To use this, you do need water. For times when you will be without water, make sure to take our Cup Wipes with you when you’re out and about.

Can I use ordinary soap instead?

Better not. Dish soap, hand soap and anything oil-based can weaken the silicone or leave residues that irritate. Cup Wash is pH-balanced and made for silicone.

How often do I wash the cup?

During your period, every time you empty it — at least every 8 hours — with warm water and Cup Wash. Between cycles, boil it for 5 minutes.

Is it scented?

Lightly, from natural lemon and eucalyptus essential oils. No artificial fragrances or colorants.

Can I use it on other brands' cups?

Yes. Cup Wash is designed for Lunette and other trusted brands, and is safe for all silicone cups and discs.

Will it irritate my skin?

It is a mild, pH-balanced gel made to be gentle on sensitive skin, and it cleans without leaving residue that could irritate.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and sent with Australia Post; delivery usually takes 3–9 business days. Economy shipping is free over $100; below that, standard shipping is $9.95.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Wrong item? Email info@lunette.com with a photo and we ship the right one. A cup that clearly doesn't work for you after a fair try — two to three cycles — we refund, or send the other size. Nothing to return.
