I have only used it for one cycle so far, after the first day you pretty much have the hang of it (or 3-4 insertions and removals) i LOVE that my usual uncomfortable itch from having any and all moisture sucked out of me with tampons doesn't exist anymore! That alone makes it worth it. The only cons I have are it took a month to get to me..and if you have longer nails its kind of hard to navigate it to pull it out without hurting/scratching yourself. It's possible, but you just need to be more aware and careful until you get the hang of it. I also cramped up for about half an hour after the very first time I put it in, but it wasn't unbearable and never happened again after that first time. All worth it in the grande scheme of things :)
